Tika's brother-in-law arrived today with the windows and doors for most of the house. He is still working on most of the downstairs' doors and windows, but the wood for the upstairs is all here and ready to be installed. We are very happy with the quality of the teak, and the workmanship he has done. All are tongue and groove, and done by hand. He did an awesome job, and we can't wait to see it all installed.

Tika wants to put nice flowers, and plants in the space between the terrace and the pool...
So, we are pleased with the progress of the house. It could be as early as February when we move in, but I still think that is a fantasy....I am thinking March or April...still lots to be done, but it is starting to look good...

Not really. We have only painted the main living room and Kayla's room. I am useless when it comes to colors. I have handed the job over to Tika who will make all the decisions...whew!! She was looking at colors today. Will keep you posted.
