A Weekend in Borneo

We got some cheap flights to Kuching, Malaysia (the Malaysian side of Borneo or Kalimantan) this weekend, so took advantage and spent the weekend in a new city...

One of the highlights was going to one of the National Parks, hiking into the rainforest and spotting a couple of wild Orangutans...

These two photos are of wild Orangutans, and NOT in a zoo...very cool...

you are very lucky...able to capture Orangutans in the forest and not in the zoo. Is Kutching near in Mount Kinabalu (or Kinabalu National Park?). It seems you had a great weekend.

Wow, what amazing photos. Did you frame these and hang them? I can just see a special room in your house, with all these wonderful photos framed and lining the walls.

Your work is truly awe-inspiring! :)
