World Wide Photowalk on Sunday

There is still time to sign up for the Scott Kelby World Wide Photowalk on Saturday and Sunday (I am going on the walk on Sunday). It is always a good time and a chance to meet new people that share your love of photography.

I took this photo on another photowalk in Jakarta...you think Jakarta has a pollution problem??

Do I think Jakarta has a pollution problem? Mmmmm....

I would gladly follow a photo walk leaded by you if I lived there. I'm sure it would be insightful.

I always really enjoy your photo.
Re the HDR effect, do you actually take 3 photos resting the camera on a tripod like I've heard it's supposed to be done or is it all done from one single image?

Hi Nathalie...thanks, would love to have you along for the Photowalk!

I usually take 5 exposures for an HDR, but you can process an HDR from a single RAW file...

For a moment I couldn't understand what you meant by pollution as I only saw boats. As I scrolled down...OH NO...that's just as bad as what we have here at Pulau Ketam. Houses are built on stilts and the islanders just throw garbage below their houses. Occasionally one could see rats scrambling around.
