Just a Normal Day at Chobe, Botswana

Seeing Elephants in Chobe is a lot like seeing stray cats in my neighborhood....they are everywhere...but even so, the are just so cool, and I never got tired of watching them...

Beautiful animals. Huge and strong and living without any stress.
I saw on Discovery Channel that elephants can "hear" through their feet. They can sense ultra low frequencies via the ground/soil. How cool is that :-)

Beautiful composition Scotty. I like the way the huge female is looking the other way while the herd's swimming across the river/ stream. Watching elephants in water is so enjoyable.
