If you were ever wondering if the Nikon D300 has enough resolution (12mp) to print large, you can stop wondering. I just printed the photo below for a friend of mine on my EPSON 9880, at around 50 x 40 inches, and the print came out exceptional...although I am sure more detail would be present from a print made from the D3x, who wants to spend 8 thousand dollars for that camera?? I think the prints I make from my D300 are gallery quality...no complaints from me...

i love this photo- but is it just me- or is there some kind of special effect? i was just wondering, cos alot of your photos have that look.
